Healthvision is a CQC regulated home care provider with services in Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham and Brent.

We provide care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for people who require assistance to live independently at home, whether that is short visits a few days a week or full time live-in care.

Whatever your needs are we can tailor a package of care to support you in your daily life. Our experienced supervisors can advise you over the phone or visit you in your home for a no obligation meeting to discuss your needs and how we can meet them. We take time to understand your wishes and choices and cater for these accordingly.

Our care staff undergo a rigorous recruitment process to ensure we employ compassionate and caring people, we also check criminal records and seek references from previous employers. All staff undergo 5 days of induction training before they start and are supervised in their first week of work. Continuous supervision and appraisal of their work ensures a consistently high level of care.

We know how important it is to make the right decision when choosing your care, so our staff can provide the advice and guidance that ensures our service is best suited to you.

Whatever your requirements, whether short or long term, assistive or intensive, you will receive dependable, responsive and compassionate care from Healthvision.

I Just wanted to say thank you for the support that I receive from your team. Christina, Gloria, Caroline and Jas (and not forgetting Laura - hope I've not left anyone out) are extremely helpful, friendly and proactive in their approach to providing care. So many thanks again. I sincerely appreciate your on-going help and support.'

'I cannot praise my carers enough, they are genuinely nice and caring people and it is a great support to know that they are with my husband while I am at work. The flexibility is also great as I work such inconsistent hours, but Healthvision are able to fit around my work and the carers will often stay longer if they are needed.'

I have been with Healthvision.UK almost since it started. During these years there have been times when I have been extremely ill, Mary and her team of carers stepped up to the mark and I felt they saved my life. Since then thankfully I am a little better however still need care. HV always try and take my needs into consideration despite my frustrations! My carers I have now are dependable and kind and make me feel secure.'

'I met with Mrs ---- today and have observed a marked improvement in her mental health and sense of well-being. Much of this can be attributed to the excellent support she has been receiving from Healthvision carers which has led to an increase in her feeling 'safe and secure'. She is also very much looking forward to going to her new day centre so again appreciate the excellent support. Great team work!.'
