Care Team Supervisor
We are looking for someone with experience as a Care Supervisor,
or a carer ready for progression, to help manage our growing team
of care assistants.
Reporting to the Senior Care Supervisor and Registered Manager,
the role will involve;
- Working closely with clients who receive home support services,
to ensure the service we provide reflects their needs, and is of
high quality;
- Managing a team of support workers. This involves supervising,
training and mentoring their performance to ensure it meets
Healthvision's standards;
- Maintaining relationships with funders, including social
workers within Social Services, Primary Care Trusts, families, and
other community services
- This is an exciting role, that has the potential to make a
positive difference in people's lives, and will provide a great
deal of satisfaction to the right person.
We are looking for a person who:
- Has experience in assessments, training and/ or supervising
staff in the care sector, particularly working with people with
complex needs.
- Is an excellent communicator
- Is empathetic

Carers/Care Assistant
We are looking for honest, reliable and experienced carers to
provide personal care and home help to people in their own
homes.
Part time and flexible hours are available to carers who are
able to commit to this rewarding and challenging role.
Providing support for people in their own home requires
understanding and empathy with the client's needs. Good
communication is essential and you must live within short
travelling distance from Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea.
Free induction training is provided and you will be enrolled in NVQ
2 in Social Care.

Care Coordinator
We are seeking a person with knowledge of, and experience in,
the care industry to join us as a Care Coordinator. Reporting to
the Senior Coordinator/ Registered Manager, this role will

ensure the call times and carers are appropriate and needs are
met
- Managing a team of support workers. This involves recruiting
and monitoring their performance to ensure it meets Healthvision's
standards;
